Dear Bishop Gracida, Your Excellency,

Thank you for your reply from down there in Texas, to me a blogger up here in Oklahoma, and thanks for considering my request for an online interview.  I would greatly appreciate any response you can give to my questions, and to readers worldwide, which you approve of before I post it.

Questions:

1.  In a recent article posted to your blog, which has since been read around the world, you supported the case that Pope Francis may not be a valid pope, and that the Cardinals themselves consider electing a new pope.  Was/Is your intention that the article might end up being read by Cardinal Burke, and other Cardinals, with the unique authority to directly confront the problem of the Francis pontificate?

Yes, that was and still is my hope. Since only the validly appointed Cardinals have the power to initiate a solution to the present crisis in the Church, it was and still is my hope that they will be encouraged by what I published to take the necessary steps toward a solution as was proposed in the post.

2.  In your experience these last weeks, how has the response been from the laity, priests, and other bishops - if any - both online and in the flesh?  Do you anticipate backlash from members of the hierarchy, or Rome?  Or even from Cardinal Burke himself?

There has been some response but not from cardinals. I do not really look for response from cardinals, I look for action on their part to initiate the steps that will lead to a special conclave. I do not expect them to publicize those steps, I expect them to move silently and discretely in order to minimize active opposition by the friends of Francis who are now firmly entrenched in the Vatican curia.

3. Reading the argument, it seems the main basis and bulk of it is the contention the 2013 conclave broke conclave laws, enacted by Pope John Paul II, that would invalidate the election results.  It begins by discussing the issue of heresy and papal infallibility, but seems to not make those issues the main basis. There seems to be strong enough evidence that certain Cardinals of the conspiring "St. Gallican Group" did violate conclave laws, enough to at least now raise the question of the validity of Cardinal Bergoglio's election. Am I correct in understanding this argument?  Is that the focus you are encouraging the Cardinals to take?

Yes, that is the focus I am encouraging the Cardinals to take.

É, a Espanha Salvou a América.

Vejamos parte do texto do Padre Alexander Lucie-Smith:

Was the Spanish Empire all bad? I’m not so sure

The phrase “The Golden Age of Spain” is one that is deeply familiar to me from my childhood. My mother was born in Antofagasta, in Chile, and as a boy I was brought up on books that told of the wonderful deeds of the explorers such as Christopher Columbus, and the conquistadors, men who, with a few companions, overthrew vast empires and claimed them for Spain, and, of course, for the Catholic faith. How thrilled I was that Columbus’s flagship was called the Santa Maria and that his first act on landing in the New World was to plant the Cross! How correspondingly disappointed I was to read about the defeat of the Spanish Armada in 1588, an event that used to be seen as the end of the Golden Age, just as the reconquest of Granada in 1492 (the same year as Columbus’s first voyage) marked its opening.
I will be forever grateful to my mother for bringing me up so politically incorrectly. The great excitement of history is with me still, and thus it is with intense interest I have just read about the most recent archaeological discoveries in Peru, as reported by the Daily Telegraph. Archaeologists have recently uncovered evidence of the mass sacrifice of children at a site called Las Llamas....
All this represents an inconvenient truth for those who would like to have us believe that the Spanish conquest of the New World was not a good thing. Pre-Colombian civilizations, which achieved a great deal, as any visit to a museum in Mexico will show, nevertheless had great drawbacks, as any honest observer must admit. The same is true, of course, of the Spanish Empire in the New World, but, and it remains a huge but, the Spanish abolished human sacrifice and banished the sort of errors that made people think that human sacrifice was either good or necessary.
The discovery of this site of mass child sacrifice in Peru could provide ammunition for those who want to see European values as innately superior to those of pre-Colombian America. Conversely, it could be used by moral relativists to claim that child sacrifice is not per se an innately evil thing, and that we must not judge other societies which are very different from our own by the standards we would judge ourselves. However, my own view of things is clear, though some might find it simplistic: no intrinsic evil – and child murder is a clear example of such – is ever to be tolerated, for whatever reason, and the fact that the society that once practiced child sacrifice at Las Llamas no longer exists is a cause for satisfaction. Thank God for the conquistadors.

Suposto Padre é Filmado Fazendo SEXO GAY NO ALTAR!!

Vejam texto do Church Militant:

IRISH CHURCH SCANDAL: ‘PRIEST’ DESECRATES ALTAR WITH GAY SEX ACTS

KILDORRERY, Ireland (ChurchMilitant.com) - The latest scandal to rock the Irish Church involves the desecration of a church by a "priest" engaging in gay sex on the high altar.
The recent incident happened in St. Bartholomew's Church in Kildorrery, Ireland. Images obtained by Church Militant show a man dressed as a priest caught engaging in oral sex and other sexual activity with another man laid across the altar in the church.
Anthony Murphy, director of Lumen Fidei Institute, a Catholic lay association in Ireland, told Church Militant, "A profane and wicked attack has taken place and I am surprised the bishop has not closed this church for the investigation to take place especially as there is a possibility that the church will need to be reconsecrated."
"Dressing as a priest and committing acts of grave depravity on a consecrated altar indicate satanic motivation," Deacon Nick Donnelly, former website director of EWTN-Great Britain, explained to Church Militant. "It is a vile attack against Our Lord, Holy Mother Church and the sacred priesthood."

The church is in a wealthy area and is open all day, with parishioners coming and going, thus some conclude either the men enjoyed taking risks and snuck in during its open hours; or otherwise they are staff with ready access to the church and came in after hours.

The diocese has asked Garda (Ireland's police force) to investigate, while refusing to comment on the specifics of the case in view of "the criminal nature of the alleged incident." The investigation will look into the accuracy of the photos along with the church where the sacrilege occurred.

A source close to the situation told Church Militant he is asking Bp. William Crean of Cloyne to investigate whether the man disguised in clerical garb is a priest. Suspicions revolve around Fr. Michael Lomasney, whose resignation was accepted by Crean last year owing to revelations of alcoholism.

It is alleged that the image involving oral sex was posted on a gay dating app. Two young men, 18 and 19, claim they met this priest through the hook-up site and the priest took them to St. Bartholomew's for sex.

The allegation, however, remains anonymous and has not yet been verified.

Murphy of Lumen Fidei stressed the connection between the sacrilege and the upcoming abortion referendum, which "highlights the level of satanic activity in Ireland at this time and reveals the urgent need for reparation, penance and prayer."
"I am extremely disappointed that the Bishops of Ireland have not been more active in leading the faithful in this area and encouraging a spiritual campaign of prayer and sacrifice against the dark forces which now encircle Ireland," said Murphy. "Our land is in desperate need for courageous bishops to prophetically teach the moral truths of the Church without fear of favour and until they do the evil will continue to spread."
And Donnelly told Church Militant, "The men who have degraded themselves through these acts of sacrilege have committed a mortal sin, and are in danger of Hell if they die unrepentant."
The diocese of Cloyne declined to say if the church will be reconsecrated following the act of sacrilege, as required by canon law.
Donnelly insisted, "It is imperative that the altar, sanctuary and church are reconsecrated. Now that the church has been identified I hope that the bishop has arranged such a service of reconsecration."

  • 3,9% de taxa de desemprego (taxa mais baixa em 18 anos);
  • 6,6% de desemprego entre os negros (número mais baixo da história);
  • 4,8% de desemprego entre os latinos (número mais baixo em 12 anos);
  • Previsão do FMI de crescimento econômico para os Estados Unidos em 2018 é de 2,9%. Maior previsão de crescimento entre praticamente entre todas as principais economias do mundo, com exceção da China e da Índia;

Meanwhile, Trump's approval rating, despite all the bad press about his personal lawyer Michael Cohen and the Stormy Daniels "hush money," continues to outperform President Obama at the same time in his presidency. Rasmussenreports:
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.
Eighty-one percent (81%) of Republicans like the job the president is doing; 75% of Democrats don’t. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, 47% approve; 51% disapprove.
The latest figures include 33% of all likely voters who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 40% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -7. (see trends).
The positive trends in the unemployment numbers and Trump's approval is not the only troubling news Democrats have received this week. Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro provides a summary of recent Morning Consult polls suggesting that the "blue wave" might end up having a far redder tint than Democrats hope:
Republicans have serious leads in West Virginia, where incumbent Democrat Joe Manchin trails by 14 points; North Dakota, where incumbent Democrat Heidi Heitkamp trails by 8; Indiana, where incumbent Democrat Joe Donnelly trails by 5; Missouri, where incumbent Democrat Claire McCaskill trails by 5; Montana, where incumbent Democrat Jon Tester trails by 5; Florida, where incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson is locked in a near-deadlock with Rick Scott; and Pennsylvania and Ohio, where incumbent Democrats Bill Casey and Sherrod Brown are leading by less than two points each, plus Virginia, where Tim Kaine leads by just 3 on the generic ballot. In the best-case scenario for Republicans, then, they could win up to nine additional Senate seats.

Vou colocar aqui apenas a primeira pergunta do artigo, pois o artigo tem dono e tem tradutores. Leiam no site Law and Liberty

Taking Religion Seriously

Editor’s Note: This exchange between French philosophers Pierre Manent and Rémi Brague originally appeared in the January issue of the French journal L’Incorrect as “Rémi Brague & Pierre Manent: Duel de Géants” in January. L’Incorrect is a new conservative-minded journal of ideas in France that challenges the presuppositions of political correctness. We are grateful to the editors of L’Incorrect for permission to reprint this important discussion and to Daniel J. Mahoney and Paul Seaton for their translation.
Islam and the West
Interviewer: Michel Houellebecq recently said in Der Spiegel that in order to resolve the problem of Islam in France, Catholicism would have to become the state religion. What do you think of that suggestion?
Pierre Manent (PM): The idea seems basically on point to me. Not that Catholicism should be recognized as the religion of the State, no one seriously entertains that, but that the role of the Catholic religion in the history of France, but also in the social life of the country, in the consciousness of the country, should be recognized in public forms. However, during the past thirty years we have agreed to espouse the big lie according to which there is no Muslim problem, in fact there can’t be any problems posed by any religion, because we have found the solution to all problems of this sort: laicité or secularism.
In truth, however, depending upon whether there are hundreds of thousands of Muslims or ten million, whether the Catholic churches are full or empty, society will be radically different, even if the secular regime has not changed. We have made ourselves prisoners of a much too restrictive definition of the French regime, by reducing it to the categories of a rather aggressive secularism. We need to enlarge our understanding of ourselves and, in this enlargement, grant an adequate place to the Catholicism that played such a great role in French history and consciousness.  To be sure, that cannot take on an institutional or constitutional form, and that is where Houellebecq’s proposition goes beyond the limits of a reasonable proposal, as he himself knows very well.
This would be an essential element in giving a definite physiognomy and consistency to the community that receives Muslims. Muslims have a very strong collective awareness of their religion, one which nourishes social affects and extremely significant shared mores. One cannot give them as their only destination a society exclusively defined by individual rights, by the neutrality of the State and other institutions vis-à-vis religion, this is to invite them into an empty space, into a wasteland. Whether the society of individuals repulses or tempts them, or both, it does not bring them any new principle of association, it gives them no reason to go beyond a total and complete identification with Islam, in order to participate in a new form of community, or communion. In order for Muslims to be decently received and live happily in France, it is important that they know that they are not in a Muslim nation, that this nation possesses a Christian mark, that Jews play an eminent role here, and that religion does not give commands to the State and the State does not give commands to religion.
We therefore have a complex operation to conduct, which is to persuade the Muslims that we do want to receive them in reasonable numbers, that they do have their place in society, and that this society as a collectivity, this nation as a human association, is not and does not wish to be a Muslim society, but will remain and wants to remain a nation of a Christian mark, where the Jews play an eminent role, and where both the State and the religion embrace a regime of secularism.
Remi Brague (RB): I have not read this interview with Michel Houellebecq, but it is clear that he overstated his real thought. In speaking of Catholicism as a state religion, I believe that he was thinking, above all, not of the State, but of civil society, and of the way in which the nation ought to understand itself, and did understand itself until a rather recent date. In fact it continues to do so.  As Benedetto Croce put it after the war: “We are not able not to call ourselves Christians.” To be sure, Croce understood this in a certain way. As a good Hegelian, he wanted to say that Christianity had fulfilled itself, that one therefore ought to move on to another stage, but while still retaining a certain fidelity to the heritage. Croce, in other words, was a “faithful atheist” (in Italian a “devout atheist”). This awareness would be the way in which the true color of the painting would emerge from behind the overlays with which one wanted to cover it over, which were more or less artificial and even entirely deceptive.
I too believe that it is necessary that we no longer lie, that we cease acting as if the history of France began ex nihilo on July 14, 1789, that we stop telling these lies. I believe this would be a first step to take, to allow Muslims not to imagine that they enter into a void. Pierre Manent employed the wonderful image of a “wasteland”:  when one is in a wasteland, the best thing to do is to remain in one’s vehicle. In order to get Muslims to get out of their vehicles, one must very cordially explain that they are among human beings, that they will have to respect certain rules, just as when one is invited to take mint tea in Morocco.
I speak of actual Muslims, men and women of flesh and blood, who have with Islam a relationship that is as complex and nuanced as Christians, and those of Christian tradition, have with their own religion. I do not speak of the Islam which is presented as a system of civilization, “keys to everything in hand,” which in principle is capable of determining the right way of conducting oneself in all circumstances, including how to dress, do one’s hair, bathe, and comport oneself in family life.  Here there is a double difficulty, which Pierre Manent addresses in his book. Islam is not another religion that enters into a civilization, but a civilization that enters into another civilization.
Moreover, as I argued in a book that recently appeared, the word “religion” itself is deceptive. We have the habit of conceiving religion on the model of Christianity.  Islam would be a sort of Christianity, with some things added and some things taken away, but whose list is fairly easy to come up with. In fact, however, I believe we distort the phenomenon of Islam, because in a Christian regime we are not at all accustomed to follow rules of conduct that claim to be derived from the religion, and which are other than those of common morality. This is a rather exceptional peculiarity of Christianity, one we have a hard time seeing, because we take it for granted. Christianity does not ask men to do anything other than what the most prosaic morality requires of them. It does not have any rules for clothing, no rules for what to eat.

1) Ele começa dizendo que o livro faz um histórico completo da história da jihad desde Maomé, realçando não apenas os pontos mais conhecidos, como os ataques da jihad contra a Europa, mas também outros, como as sangrentas jihads na Índia;

2) Também disse que o livro desfaz alguns mitos, como o mito de que os muçulmanos trataram pacificamente os cristãos e judeus quando dominaram boa parte da Espanha.(do século 8 ao século 15);

Lutero iniciou a sanitização.

A União Europeia É a maior incentivadora dessa imigração.

Vejam relato do site Breibart.

In EU-Wide Poll, Majority Think Migrant Integration ‘Unsuccessful’, Figure Rises to 73 Per Cent in Sweden

A European Commission poll has found that a strong majority of people in France, Germany, and Sweden believe the integration of migrants has failed in their country.

People in all 28 member states were asked: “Generally speaking, how successful or not is the integration of most immigrants living in [your country].”
Overall, across the open borders bloc, 55 per cent of people said integration it is going badly and 39 per cent said it had been a success, according to the survey commissioned by the European Union’s (EU) unelected executive branch.
In Sweden, the picture was bleak, with just 24 per cent of respondents saying they thought integration was going well, and a shocking 73 per cent saying it has gone badly.
In Germany, only 31 per cent of people think integration has gone well, with 63 per cent thinking it is unsuccessful. In France, it was a similar situation with 64 per cent of people thinking it has been unsuccessful and 27 per cent saying otherwise.
In Britain, the picture was slightly more positive, with 55 per cent of respondents saying it has been successful compared to 36 per cent who said it was unsuccessful.
In Italy, the situation was worse than Germany, but better than Sweden, with 63 saying integration was going bad and just 27 agreeing it was going well.
In low-immigration Hungary, respondents were a little more optimistic than the Germans, with the latter’s government adopting an open border approach and the former’s erecting a border wall and campaigning strongly against mass migration.
Marginally fewer Hungarians (32 per cent) said integration was going badly than in Angela Merkel’s Germany and significantly less (55 per cent) said it was going badly.
The survey was carried out by TNS Political & Social network in the 28 states between the 21st and 30th of October last year and published in April. Around 28,000 people were questioned.
The revelations of negative attitudes towards the success of integration across Europe comes shortly after another pan-European poll which found 78 per cent across the continent wanted tighter border control. Separate BBC research released last week reported Europe as the most divided continent in the world, with immigration the largest source of division.
